Refund policy

You can return goods to us within 14 days after receiving the product. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods, packaging and the labels aren't damaged. Please note we have a right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement or charge if you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. The original postage will not be refunded and return postage is paid by the customer.

Liquid filled objects are delicate so please handle with care if not the item can bust/break/leak if this happens the item can be returned at own expense and replacement item will be posted to you once the item has arrived back at our location. Please notify us of this within 48hrs of delivery. After this period a replacement will not be offered

If a package is returned to us from the courier after 3 failed delivery attempts we will refund you for the cost of the order minus the shipping fee. The refund will be issued after the package has arrived back at our location and each product checked over. Please double check your address upon ordering, if you notice you have made an error in your address please contact us straight away, if the order has not been dispatched it is easily corrected.

Please note items in my shop contain small parts and/or are filled with various liquids such as water, slime or foam. Therefore please keep them out of reach of children and animals.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing including your order name and order number. We will then process your return.

Items must be sent back to the address given to you when processing the return, we recommend you send with tracking or track & signed options as we do not take any responsibility for lost parcels.
